Splice is a social infrastructure agency and a movement of people connecting and building neighbourhood and social cohesion in Auckland’s City Centre. Their values are courage, compassion and community and they practise hospitality and inclusiveness in all they do. Their team is made up of a group of diverse and creative people all passionate about connecting those who live, work and play in Auckland city centre.

Gareth consulted from 2016-19 to audit the organisations’ DNA, and provide vision, partners and programming to reflect a clarity of purpose, while also sourcing funders partners to ensure greatest impact. He produced inner city activations, intercultural collaborations and quarterly community artist talks to enliven and enrich the inner city Auckland community.
